At Harper Floors, we stand behind the quality of our premium flooring products and offer a 30-day return window for all unused, boxed materials. Please ensure all returned items are in their original packaging and in resalable condition to qualify for a refund.
Submit a Request
Contact our customer service team or visit our online portal to initiate your return request with your order number and reason for return.
Receive Authorization
Once your request is reviewed, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your flooring in its original boxes and attach the provided RMA label before shipping the materials back to our distribution center.
Inspection and Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for quality, your refund will be processed to the original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
